Small lock up / out building wanted in Dronfield.

I am looking for a small lockup / disused out building (anything really) in Dronfield. Prepared to pay reasonable rent on it. Please PM me if you can help.

a friend of mine used to have a small lock up at border view farm near tinkers corner, Bradway not too far away and very secure.
