Moving into Dronfield or surrounding area

I'm looking to put my house on the Market and buy a house in Dronfield or surrounding areas. I've always liked Dronfield and have visited the place regularly at least monthly for a few years but have no real knowledge about whether there are areas to avoid etc.

So are there areas to avoid? By this i mean trouble overspill from pubs, drug issues, vandalism, excessive litter, troublesome gangs etc.

My housing requirements are a 3 bed semi deatched house, ideally <= £145k but upto £155k in price. I have 2 kids that need some garden space.

Any advice much appreciated. I have looked at houses in Unstone, Apperknowle and Barlow also so if you know about these areas feel free to comment.

i would advise not to go to unstone

so what's wrong with Unstone then? I have been here for over 10 years, and have no gripes!
