Using Dronfield Online

Post  rogerb on Sat Aug 27, 2011 1:31 pm

I have been using Dronfield Online for a while now, previously using IE8 as my web browser on a previous laptop. Earlier this year I bought a new laptop and have been using IE9, but recently found that it was very slow to load and to navigate around the Dronfield Online website. I've now switched to using Google Chrome - ah! Speed again! Very Happy

Hi. I haven't compared the features of various browsers, but I've got Google Chrome installed. As I've experienced other issues with IE9 I did a quick test with G.Chrome and achieved the result I was seeking - nothing more technical than that, I confess! I haven't tried Firefox..........., yet.
Spent the day working on the Derbyshire Dales Narrow Gauge Railway today, at Peak Rail, Rowsley. Interesting little operation.
